If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- Original tags and packaging should be intact.

- A clear unboxing video is recommended to help us verify any damage or missing items.

- Return/exchange requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

- Items damaged due to washing, wearing, ironing, or improper handling cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
